It is a cold winter night in January.

A motorcoach pulls up in front of the milk parlour at Rosser Holsteins. We are greeted by the Holtmann family and go inside the milk parlour to watch the evening milking.

Back onto the motorcoach, we drive down the alley of the cow barn on our way to our dinner.

The motorcoach pulls up under the dark, starry winter sky at the old calf barn. We walk inside to find a warm, bright, elegant environment, with long white cloth covered tables and a cocktail reception about to start.
